We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, under written contracts containing data protection obligations:

We may also disclose personal data where required by law or a competent authority.

6. International Transfers

By default, personal data we hold is stored and processed in UAE data centre regions. Some transfers outside the UAE are inherent to the services we use: advertising and conversion data (with identifiers hashed where supported) is transmitted to Meta and Google; our corporate email and file storage is hosted in Zoho’s US data centre region; and our website is served through Cloudflare’s global network.

For these transfers we rely on the mechanisms recognised under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, including transfers to jurisdictions determined adequate by the UAE Data Office, appropriate contractual safeguards, or an applicable derogation.

7. How We Protect Your Data

We apply technical and organisational measures aligned to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 principles, including: encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest; role-based access on a least-privilege basis, reviewed quarterly; multi-factor authentication on administrative systems; network segmentation, with databases not exposed publicly; continuous logging and monitoring; automated security patching; and encrypted, replicated backups with tested recovery. Staff receive data protection training at onboarding and annually, and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

8. How Long We Keep Your Data

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by UAE law. In summary:

  • Website analytics data is retained for 14 months.
  • Enquiry form submissions and business contact records are retained for as long as we maintain a business relationship or prospect record, and deleted on request at any time.
  • Event registration and attendance records are retained on an ongoing basis and deleted on request.
  • Marketing subscriber data is retained until you withdraw consent; unsubscribe records are kept so we can continue to honour your opt-out.
  • Contract, invoicing and tax records are retained to meet UAE corporate tax and VAT obligations.

9. Your Rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), you have the right to be informed, to access your data, to rectification, to erasure, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@leadsfze.com. We will:

  • acknowledge your request within 3 business days;
  • verify your identity (an identity document may be required for access and erasure requests); and
  • respond within 30 calendar days, extendable with notice for complex requests.

No fee applies, except where a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

10. If You Were Contacted as Part of a Client Campaign

We also provide calling and messaging services to client organisations. If you were contacted as part of a campaign we ran for a client, that client is the data controller responsible for the contact and for responding to your requests. You can still reach out to us at info@leadsfze.com — we will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and direct it to the relevant client, and assist them in responding.

11. Personal Data Breaches

We operate a formal incident management process. Where a breach affects the privacy, confidentiality or security of your personal data, we will notify the UAE Data Office and, where the breach is likely to present a high risk to you, notify you without delay.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. All changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. This policy is reviewed at least annually.
